Payment options

Currently, we accept all major credit cards online. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your credit card billing address. To protect against credit card fraud, we do not ship to addresses other than the credit card billing address.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 have the option for free shipping unless the order includes overweight or oversized items. Free shipping methods will be the lowest cost option and may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Shipping options

You have your choice of Standard (2-5 business days), 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, or Next Day. Shipping carriers may include UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Return policy

You are welcome to return any product purchased from our online store within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at 425-836-2263 or via email for a Return Authorization code. All returns must have a Return Authorization code written on the outside of the shipping box, or be subject to a restocking fee. Please pack the product in the original box and return in a suitable shipping box. You are responsible for any damage to the product during shipping and for shipping costs associated with the return.

 

If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

 

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation, show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Products that are not returnable include software, personal items (such as harmonicas, in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.).

We are a music instrument retailer with a storefront and a large selection of instruments for sale at our premises. Much of what is offered online is on display at our store. Unless otherwise specified, all our products for sale are new. Some have been played briefly as our in-store customers have tried them before buying. Our showroom is climate controlled and the instruments on display are well kept. All customers must ask permission to play an instrument on display.

 

Many of the products you see online are not kept in-stock at our store but are instead drop-shipped directly from our supplier. This allows us to provide you a greater selection without maintaining a large warehouse full of inventory. Shipping and return policies are the same whether the product comes directly from us or our suppliers.

 

Items we normally carry in stock but may be temporarily out of may still be purchased. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date.

 

depending on the source and the availability of your items ordered, you may receive the order in a single shipment or in multiple shipments. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple shipments.

We are willing to ship internationally though not through our website. If you would like to purchase something you see online, and live outside of the US or Canada, please contact us at 425-836-2263 or via email to make arrangements.
